Holstee Manifesto
Every once in a while the this pops up on a blog here or there. Although I tend to think some of it is a little extreme (maybe you should look for another job before you quit the one you already have in this economy) and obviously isn't complete or even all inclusive, I do think it is always good advice to remember to actually live your life!
So although it isn't what I usually post, I thought I would share this with you:
And it can be decorative if you put it in a cute frame like Bonfa:
You can print out an 8.5 x 11 HERE. I think I might take some of these quotes and some others I love and make a fun subway art canvas with them when I finally have an office of my own!

Spooky Subway Signs
I love subway sign art and I love Halloween so of course I love Halloween themed subway art:
This one is from Tater Tots and Jello. The flowers are a cute touch. I might go for bats or skulls though!
This one from Goody Goody Gumdrops is more Fall than Halloween, but it still gets you in the right frame of mind:
And then there is the glass version from Mary Janes and Galoshes:
And this is a much simpler version from Lipstick and Laundry, but I love that it is hung in a wreath:
And although this doesn't really qualify, it is subway related:
It would be fun to have hanging on your wall too!

Back to School Plaque Attack
Suzanne from Just Another Hang Up made a really cute back to school plaque:
I love the subway art look, so this is right up my alley. And the best part, is each month she is going to post a new design with a theme for the current month. I can't WAIT to see what she does for October!!
You can check out this plaque (and all future additions to the Plaque Attack) HERE.

Subway Love
Tater Tots and Jello is as in love with subway art as I am. And this idea to use it for Valentine's Decor is beyond brilliant:
She has a great tutorial on how to make these (or any subway art) HERE.

Resolution Subway Art
I found this on So You Think You're Crafty and I LOVE it:
It is actually their family New Year's Resolutions made into a subway art sign. A great idea that would work for a family motto or something similar too.

Subway Signs
If you are as in love with this picture as I am:
then you need to go check out this post at Room to Inspire. She has found a bunch of different subway art you can buy. I am thinking some MDF, vinyl letters, and paint and you can make your own. It will take a bit of time, but it is definitely cheaper than the $1300 option Chelsea found!
