Scalloped Bunting

Catch My Party has a tutorial on her blog to make this cute bunting out of scalloped cirlces:

It reminds me of a miniature version of of a tissue paper pom-pom garland from Martha Stewart Crafts:

Candy Corn Pom Poms

I saw these while looking for a Candy Corn Garland I posted yesterday and I couldn't resist:

I kinda love candy corn.

These are actually a kit from Martha, but you can read her instructions on how to make regular pom poms HERE.

Bed Pom Poms

I found this picture at Dreamy Whites:

I love Dreamy Whites by the way.  It is full of things that are dreamy and white.  And I think all things white are dreamy (to my husbands dismay) so I love looking at all of her pictures.  And I love theses Pom Poms on her daughters bed, instead of a throw pillow.  But tissue paper pom pom swould last about 5 seconds in my girls room before Lou La colored on them and Toots tried to eat them.

Well she solved that problem by having Susan from Hometown Girl make her some out of tulle:

But if you are looking for something a little different, I found these Jersey Knit Flowers from A Little Lovely on Someday Crafts:

They are a little smaller, but I think you could do the same thing on a little larger scale and they would make a great decorative throw pillow of sorts.

I am trying to think if there is any other material/tutorial that could work in place of the tissue paper pom poms!

Tissue Pom Pom Topiary

Everyday Celebrating featured these Pom Pom Topiaries from The Wright Family:

She used the tutorial for these tissue pompoms from Martha:

then added a dowel, floral foam, wire and a peat pot to make it into a very cute topiary!
