Nutella and Banana Wontons
I don't post many recipes from the Pioneer Woman. Not because I don't think they are wonderful, but because I assume EVERYONE reads The Pioneer Woman. But I had to post this one:
My kids have become obsessed with wontons. This summer Lou La took a cooking class with her cousin and one of the days they made wontons. They were good too! Add their love of Cream Cheese Rangoons to the mix and you have an all out wonton love. They even ate Crab Wontons the last time we went out.
But these wontons, these are made with Nutella! And bananas! YUM! You don't even have to be a wonton fanatic to love one full of Nutella! And you can get the recipe at Tasty Kitchen.

Red Velvet Bundt Cake
The boy has become obsessed with Red Velvet Cake as of late. It is his cupcake of choice this summer (and we won't disclose how many cupcake places we have gone to, but you can't skip Sprinkles when you are in AZ) He even went as far as to beg me to Red Velvet Yoplait Yogurt. AND he liked it.
So I am in the process of looking for recipes for our Last Picnic and I think, in honor of The Boy's new found obsession with red velvet, we might have to have this for dessert:
This Red Velvet Bundt Cake is from Cheeky Kitchen and although the cake looks great, it is the cream cheese frosting that I really want to try. She calls it her 'come to mama cream cheese frosting.
And then I am going to have to find an excuse to try her Nutella Buttercream Frosting. And then I am going to have to go to the gym. Maybe I need to find some fitness blogs to read? I bet they don't have pretty pictures though!

You can check out the rest of this yummy S'more HERE along with all of the other recipes that her readers have linked up!

Chocolate and Peanut Butter S'mores
Hello! Where have you been all my life? And could you go back there so I don't gain 10 lbs this summer:

Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes
First it was the Girl Scout Cookies and now this!! These people know how to kill someones resolutions!
How To Eat A Cupcake has a recipe for Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes!!

Ferrero Rocher Mini Cupcakes
Makes 24 minis and 6 regular
recipe from How To Eat a Cupcake
What you need:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup Nutella (plus the rest of the jar, for filling)
1/4 cup milk
Ganache
8 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (or both)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup chopped, toasted hazelnuts
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line mini muffin pan with paper or foil liners.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes) . Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add 3/4 cup of Nutella and blend thoroughly. Alternately add flour mixture and milk, blending well after each addition (Don't over mix! Blend only until no traces of flour remain.)
Using a tablespoon, fill each cup with batter.
Bake for 14-16 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks.
When cupcakes are cool, fill them with the remaining Nutella.
To make the ganache, Warm the cream (you can do it in the microwave, but I like to use the stove top) and then stir in the chocolate chips until melted. Let sit until spreadable. (about 30 minutes)
Stir in chopped hazelnuts and spread on cupcakes.

You can see step by step pictures and even watch a video on her blog! Go check it out! Unless you are trying not to eat sweets or lose weight for your New Years resolution. Then DO NOT LOOK under any circumstances!
Totally random fact for the day. Ferrero (the company that makes Rocher) also makes Nutella. Which makes sense, since Nutella is a hazlenut spread. But guess what they also make. I bet you won't guess!
Tic Tacs! Odd combination!
