Mad Hatter Flower Hat
If you are throwing an Alice in Wonderland party (or having your little one dress up like a flower or fairy or something girly for Halloween, of if you ever plan on taking your daughter to the Kentucky Derby, then I am pretty sure you need this hat from Laura Lee Burch:

I *Heart* Tree Cupcakes
It may be too late to make these cute tree cupcakes from I *heart* Cuppycakes for Earth Day, but Arbor Day is on the 27th:

Party Like Your Alice
This weekend we saw Alice in Wonderland at the Imax. I have to say that I liked it more than I thought I would. And although I don't like 3D (I hate wearing the glasses), this movie had a nice mix of the layering 3D effect and the old school gimmicky, things coming out at the screen 3D effects to make it worth wearing the glasses for 1 hour and 40 minutes worth it.
But this post wasn't meant to be a review of the movie. But it is to show you some of my favorite party decor for an Alice in Wonderland party, Old School Disney style:
I love the flowers from No Fuss Fabulous:
Even more fun since they are in a tea cup:
Love the front door decor from Instructibles found via One Pretty Thing:
And forget about the kids, this Mad Tea Party Table would be fun for any age:

Lovely Sugar Cubes
I found this picture at Imprintables:
She was using them on a post about Alice in Wonderland (they do remind me of the Queen of Hearts) so there was no tutorial, but I am pretty sure you could make something similar by either painting them on with food coloring or using some corn syrup to stick on colored sprinkles.
And wouldn't they be fun for a tea party!
