Rose Cake
My sweet Amanda made this gorgeous cake for herself for her birthday:
I think those gorgeous roses would make a beautiful Valentine's Day cake too. And even the stripes inside would be perfect for Valentine's Day:

Doll House Vase of Roses
If you have a little girl and that little girl has a doll house, then Dollar Store Crafts thinks that doll house needs to be decorated for Valentine's Day:
And I couldn't agree more. She made the vase out of buttons and the roses are made of ric-rac. Some doll is a very lucky lady. Roses and a box of chocolates!

Setting the Table for Valentine's Day
Our pink and red dinner is the main even of Valentine's Day, so I am always on the lookout for a great table setting.
These framed roses are actually hung on the wall of a bedroom, but you could make a smaller version and use them as a centerpiece:
These flower boxes could work double duty as a table decoration and a hiding place for Valentine's gifts:
And because I am a little obsessed with paper flowers at the moment, here are two ideas that I love. A paper flower table runner:
and a giant paper flower table runner:
