If you are looking for a last minute party dish for Halloween (and one that will be easy to prepare) this spider web seven layer dip from Woman's Day might just be what you are looking for:

I found the idea (along with a ton of other great Halloween treats) over at Party Frosting.

So a LOT of the fun of New Years Eve is the fun appetizers!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

What you need:
2 pkg cream cheese, 8 oz - softened
8 oz ranch dressing (or bleu cheese)
8 - 12 oz Frank's red hot sauce (or any hot wing sauce...the hotter you want it the more you add)
2 cups diced chicken
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

What you do:
Mix all ingredients together (save about 1/3 of the cheese for the top)
Spread mixture into 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until hot bubbling.
Add reserved cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips. You can serve it with celery and carrot sticks too, but seriously, if you are eating something that contains two packages of cream cheese, just get over it and get the tortilla chips!! Save the celery sticks for your New Years Resolution!
