Homemade Girl Scout Cookies

Baking Bites is at it again, but this time with RETIRED Girl Scout Cookies:

Last year she posted the recipes for all of the yummiest (but current) Girl Scout Cookies that I posted about HERE.  But now she is starting to come up with recipes for some of the cookies that are no longer sold.

Like these Lemon Coolers:

I am going to have to try these, since the Lemon Chalet Creme cookies this year were a little disappointint.   So much so that the bakery recalled them.  You can get the recipe HERE.

As I nibble on Thin Mints... A little girl just dropped them off at my house... I think I'm close to polishing off a whole roll of them!
I'll have to check out this recipe! Those look great!

I am all about this post. I would love to try making some of these. My favorite G.S. cookie was the Kookaburra...but that was back when I was a Girl Scout.

I am going to have to try this just for the reason when I was a girl guide we only had the peanutbutter ones, the vanilla ones, chocolate and mint - I WISH we had more.
