Desk Cover Up

Amanda at Imperfectly Beautiful found another great use for drop cloths:

She made a skirt for her desk/table to hide the cords and whatnot that sits underneath. And she used upholstery tacks to give it this great nail head trim:

Beautiful! I actually have a drop cloth I bought to make a curtain and it wasn't long enough, so now I need to figure out what needs a skirt in my house.

I love making skirts for things too. I used a twin sheet for mine, works great :) http://thriftyandchicmotif.blogspot.com/2009/08/desksofa-table.html#comments

Such a great idea! But dangerous because it will give me an excuse to totally let that area go.
