How to Frame a Very Large Poster

Katie from Centsational Girl has this poster hanging in her game room:

First, I wish I had a game room. Second, I wish I had that poster. Third, I bet that frame cost a fortune.

But then she wouldn't be the 'Cent'sational Girl.

She stapled the poster to her wall. Then she painted this molding:

and attached it to the wall with a nail gun:

A pretty great way to frame something that is too large for an actual frame.

That is awesome!
We used to have a great map like that. I think it was an impulse buy at Sam's or Costco. I think you can find them from time to time at bookstores and school supply stores

I did something similar with shower board and molding to create my own, inexpensive whiteboard. http://fruitfulwords.wordpress.com/2007/01/03/wfmw-inexpensive-4x4-white-board/
I never thought to do this with posters. Thanks for the diea.
