On Mondays we have Family Home Evening (family night). We start and end with prayer, and sandwiched in between is a song, a lesson, a game, and a snack. Not always in that order. The kids all have jobs. There favorite is to lead the music (they stand on a stool) but they enjoy just about any of the jobs. The boy has always liked to cook, so he loves when he is in charge of the snack.
Tonight for Family Home Evening we are going to use and idea from Nie Nie's blog. Her family made Happy Fortunes and hid them around the city for people to find. I think this sounds like such a fun activity and I think my kids will love it!
