Valentines Breakfast

Well if you don't, I found another way for you to have heart shaped eggs for breakfast!! And toast too!

You cut a heart out of a thick piece of bread using a cookie cutter. Remove the center.
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat and place the bread slice in skillet. Cook until one side is lightly brown, the add a little more butter and flip the bread over and put the cookie cutter, coated with cooking spray, in the cutout heart. Crack an egg into the cutter. Cover skillet, and cook until egg is set, 2 to 3 minutes. Use tongs to remove cutter. Toast the heart that you cut out at the beginning and serve.
