Tiered Terra Cotta Plant
I have always loved cute little terra cotta planters full of gorgeous greenery or flowers. But living in Arizona all my life, what was in the pot usually stayed pretty for 2.5 seconds. That is one thing that is better in Texas. There is a lot of green and it seems to stick around for a while. Which makes me love this idea from Positively Splendid even more:

Planter Makeover
I love spring. I love the weather and the flowers and the colors. So we have to be creative in keeping the color around as long as possible. These colorful planters are a great way to do that:
