Christmas Candy Bar Wrappers

I have been trying to think of some prizes for the class party games we will be playing on Friday.  The decorations and games are all winter themed, and I think I finally found the perfect prize:

I am going to get some full size Hershey bars and decorate them to look like snowmen.  The Santa is really cute, but I think I will keep with the winter theme (and the keep it simple theme) and makes some of the very cute snowman candy bars.

You can see the instructions over at Martha Stewart.

Santa's Cookie Wreath and Sugar Cookie Ornaments

I saw these faux sugar cookie ornaments over at Creature Comforts:

and expected to see a cute shot of them hanging on her Christmas tree.  I was not expecting the super cute Santa's Cookie Wreath that she used them on:

What a cute idea for a wreath!  And a perfect one to hang over your fireplace.

Christmas Sandwiches

I showed you the reindeer sandwich, and now there is a Santa to go with him:

And there is a snowman to keep them both company:

both of these cute guys are from Little Food Junction.

Santa Claus' Letterhead

Kim from 733 created this cute letter head for Santa Claus to use when writing letters to her kids:

She has it up on her blog so that Santa can use it when writing to your kids too.  You can check it out HERE.

Santa Belly Jelly

Amanda posted a tutorial for this cute Santa Jelly Jar Luminary:

I have always loved ornaments that look like Santa's belly and him big belt buckle.  And I love this idea for the glittery luminary as well.  But I think I am going to use this idea to decorate actual jars of jelly!  My sister-in-law made rolls and homemade jelly to give her neighbors last year.  You can make the rolls in the shape of a Christmas tree and you can decorate the jar of raspberry or strawberry jelly to look like Santa's belly!

Dry Erase Letter to Santa

Char from Crap I've Made made this cute dry erase board for letters to Santa:

Besides the fact that it is cute and clever and uses fun patterns and gives kids something fun to do, what I REALLY love about it is that is sits perfectly on her piano in a place that usually doesn't get decorated for Christmas.

Okay, maybe that isn't what I love the best about it, but I really do like that!

Christmasy Breakfasts

This morning we are using this idea from Jennifer and Ramblings of a Crazy Woman for our Christmas Eve breakfast:

I am voting for the french toast Christmas trees!!
