Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

I have seen this image floating around blog land for about a week:

but could never figure out the source of the actual recipe.  Now I know it is Woman's Day, so I can tell you to go check it out HERE.

I love that they used wafer cookies to make the cones!  and I think instead of the the frosting ice cream on top you could even make a flat version of a cake pop.  Then it is like two treats in one!
