Green Button Napkin Rings

These button napkin rings from Martha are a great way to St. Pattify your dinner table:

Of course, unlike Martha I don't have a bucket of green buttons lying around.  So I was thinking it would be fun to use little felt circles.  Maybe all smooshed up like the felt heart wreath from The Idea Room.
