Time for a Good Book

I stole the post title from Ruffles and Stuff, which is where I found this gorgeous book clock:

I posted about a similar project back in July from Design Dazzle:

We have a ton of vintage books that belonged to my husbands grandfather. They are gorgeous. Too bad I can't hollow any of them out to turn it into a clock! I will have to find one at a garage sale or thrift store!

You could even use the book clock in your Thanksgiving decor if you find just the right book! Pilgrim's Progress anyone?

That is so cool! I love that idea. And the Green Eggs and Ham is perfect for Ry. That is his fave book AND he;s obsessed with what time it is. LOL

I found some clocks at a local discount store for less than clock works usually cost. I wonder if I could take them apart and use them for the clockworks.
