Polka Dot Shake Part 2

Remember this polka dot shake:

Sweet Paul just posted the recipe on his blog.

Strawberry shake with marshmallows
Serves 2

What you need:
1 1/2 cup milk
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup pitted strawberries
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 marshmallows, cut in half

What you do:
Place milk, ice cream, vanilla and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
Press the cut part of the marshmallows onto the inside of the glasses.
Pour the shake and serve.

Of course you can use any shake recipe, but I thought the cutting the marshmallows in half and sticking them to the glass was worth passing along. I would have tried to poor the shake and layer the marshmallows in as I went. I am weird like that though!

I think there is just enough time before school starts to make these for Lou La!

I'm going to admit to the entire world (or at least you and your readers) that I'm a slug by saying that it sounds like too much work to press cut marshmallows into the glasses...heck it sounds like too much work to cut the marshmallows!
