Make Your Own Tart Buffet

It has been done with ice cream sundaes, so why not tarts:

Rachel Ray had this cute idea on her blog to have a dessert bar of tart shells, fillings, and toppings. A cute spin on the ice cream social. Just don't tell my husband it is a RR idea. A couple of years ago (at the peak of her new stardom) he had NO idea who she was...so I showed him her picture on the cover of some magazine. He then started seeing her EVERYWHERE! Magazine covers, Triscuit boxes, TV commercials. He now feels about her the same way that people feel about a song you have stuck in your head.

But that isn't going to keep me from using the tart idea!

What a fun idea! I really enjoy RR, but don't worry. I won't tell your husband. It'll be our little secret. ;)

P.S. thank you for following along with us at "The Zoo".
I am really looking forward to looking through your archives. I only got to spend a short time here earlier today, and I really enjoyed what I saw.

I have a bunch of frozen tart shells in my freezer. I'm soooooo snagging this idea!! And I totally know what your hubby means about RR. Love the chick...most of the time...but sheesh...she really is all over.

I have RR issues too. I can completely relate. That's OK, it's still a fun idea!
