Botanical Prints

Botanical Prints are pretty popular right now. And they are pretty easy to do yourself. You can find images in books and magazines, or you can print them from online. Melaine from My Sweet Savannah posted some great ones on her blog, like this one:

And you can use them to do this:

I have a Botanical given to me by a dear friend for a wedding gift, it hangs in my dining room and looks lovely!

Just wanted to say that for those who have photoshop (elements or the whole thing), botanical and floral brushes can be found for free in abundance, and it is really fun to pick your faves and "design" your print yourself.

My mom has a large wall in her bedroom with 9' ceilings so she did this idea with a botanical calendar. It looks so good and fills in the space nicely.

This is a beautiful idea and I appreciate you sharing this. This is something that I can do in an ackward space that I've wanted to decorate.

Pretty!

I love this idea but the cost of all those frames is making me hyperventilate.

I picked up an inexpensive set of 3 prints at Home Goods. They are attached together with metal to look like wrought iron, and have the Latin names in the background. I love them! They are the perfect touch for my Italian themed dining room.
