Bedside Table

See the bedside table in this photo from Southern Living:

Just a regular side table covered in fabric...but guess what is underneath that fabric.

Guess.

Give up?

This:

A garbage can. Can you believe it? Not only is it an inexpensive way to make a side table, but you can use it to store blankets or sweaters during the off season.

Kathie, He wouldn't think you are crazy if he knew how cheap it was compared to a set of matching nightstands! ;D

That is funny, my mom has a garbage can table just like that. It has old jeans in it. Great idea anyway!

What a great idea. I saw something similar on a food storage blog. Instead of a garbage can, they had a drum holding emergency water and covered it up as a bedside table. I thought that was genius. It's hard to find somewhere to store those plastic water drums.

XOXO
