She created on of her own by putting the flowers in a face and then resting the vase inside a larger vase. (They also sell vases this way so you don't have to hunt for two that will work!)
You can make a pretty classy centerpiece for pretty cheap if you use the slices (or happen to have a citrus tree!)

My niece had similar ones at her wedding. I love this look.
I love the ones with the lemons! I just got this new cake dome, and I"m thinking about buying some lemons to fill it. Thanks for the inspiration!
