Chalkboard Eggs

You knew it was coming...didn't you?

I found these for sale from The Red Thread:

She will even paint the cute bunnies on them for you.

So then I had to go looking. I knew they had to be out there. And I must have missed this when Skip To My Lou posted them earlier this week:

She painted wooden eggs with pretty blue chalkboard paint that she made. So buy some wooden eggs and make your own chalkboard paint in the color of your choice. The directions are here, but she used acrylic paint instead of latex.

LOVE IT!!! I have loads of chalkboard paint in several colors! This will be perfect!

If you don't have wooden eggs, you could probably cut some large egg shapes out of sturdy cardboard and use them as eggs to decorate too!

How cute! Love it!!!! Man there is not enough time in the day to look/make/do so many cute ideas!!!

birrrd, that is so true! But at least you can pick your favorite!

I always hate when I finally get around to doing something and then find something I wish I would have spent the time and money on that I liked better! ;D

The magnetic paint I refer to can already be purchased, it is $25 for a quart. I'd love to be able to make my own like the chalkboard paint. You don't have to post this.
