They have pictures of a ton of different foods. 200 calories of each. So you can see that 200 calories of carrots look like this:
While 200 calories of Hershey Kisses looks like this:

That was interesting. Just what I needed today as I am getting ready to run my first ever 5K!
Wow... very cool. I will have to take a look. I do have to say though... I love chocolate more then carrots, naughty huh? Have a great weekend!

I would take the Kisses over the carrots, any day!!
ugh...can you imagine how sick you'd feel if you ate all those carrots?
Now, on the other hand...eating 9 kisses would only leave you with a light buzz!
