Acorn Snacks

I told you I was a little in love with acorns!

Almost as in love as I am with multitasking my cookie cutters.

This one comes from one of my new blog loves, Little Nummies.

You cut the bread with a heart cookie cutter, spread peanut butter, use chocolate cereal for the top of the acorn. Add raisins for the eyes and mouth and a small piece off of a graham cracker for the stem.

Super cute. I might actually be able to get my Matthew to eat peanut butter!
I just realized I misspelled your name on my blog. I like it better with the 'e'.
sorry.

Ha ha! Very clever. Don't have kids myself, but I've seen enough of my little cousins to know that you have to be some sort of magician to get them to eat anything remotely healthy. This would do the trick.

Have you seen the acorn forms at Micheals? They're Martha Stewart brand (of course they are) and you can paint or glitter them. She showcased them as gift boxes and put a green silk ribbon on the top. You'd love it.
