Crunchy Autumnal Party Mix

My sister-in-law calls it Autumn Corn Munch. It doesn't matter what you call it, as long as you MAKE IT! You will LOVE IT! It is Crunchy Autumnal Goodness.

Here is what you need:
2 T butter
3 c Corn Chex
1/2 t salt
3 c cheese popcorn (I think regular old butter popcorn would be good too)
1 package of M&Ms (14 oz) Make sure to get the fun Halloween of Fall colored ones!!
2 packages of Corn Nuts(4 oz each)
1 package of Cracker Jack (6oz)

The recipe also calls for a package of candy corn (18 oz) and a cup of raisins. I am not a big fan of candy corn, but I could see how it would add a nice element to the mix. And I do like raisins...but I am just not feeling them in this yummy bowl of buttery yum! But to each his own!

What you do:
In a large skillet, melt butter; add Corn Chex and toss to coat. Cook on medium heat (continually stirring) until cereal is lightly browned (about 5 minutes) Sprinkle with salt and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add Corn Chex and toss!

Easy schmeasy! Even easier if you have a fabulous sister-in-law that does it for you and all you have to do is sit on the couch and eat half the bowl!
