Sherelle's White Chocolate Orange Dream Cookies
-1 c. butter
-2/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
-1/2 c. white sugar
-1 large egg
-1 Tbs. grated orange rind
-juice from 1/2 orange
-1 tsp. orange extract
-3/4 tsp. salt
-1 pkg. white chocolate chips
Beat butter and sugars on medium speed until creamy. Add egg, orange rind, juice and extract. Mix well. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in white chocolate chips. Roll or scoop into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. ENJOY!
