If you need an easy last minute Halloween cupcake idea, here is one that I love from My Vegan Creations.
Get yourself a box of cake mix, make any flavor of cupcake you want and make a batch of frosting. Make part of the frosting orange, part yellow, and keep some white. I think I would frost the cupcake itself white first.
Of course, even easier you just frost the cupcake and stick a few actual candy corns or Halloween sprinkles on top! I guess THAT would be the easiest! But what is the fun in that!
