Paper Ballerina Garland
Monica from The Homespun Heart has about two tons more patience than I think I will ever posses. She cut out these cut paper ballerinas:
And THEN glued tulle to them and hung them in place of streamers at her daughters birthday party. So much cuter than the regular crepe paper streamers!
