Pretzel Ice Cream Pops

Rocki Roll Pretzel Stick Ice Cream Bar from SaltiSweet

Miss Ruby was looking through the program at the Express game when I spied the most brilliant idea ever!  It is called a Rocki Roll, but it is basically an ice cream bar that is served on a chocolate dipped pretzel instead of a stick!  Sadly I cannot find any place that sells them near me, but when I got home I found a fun yogurt pop on a pretzel stick from Parents.

So while I wait for these yummy ice cream treats to appear in a freezer aisle near me, I am going to buy some cylinder popsicle molds and see if we can make some of our own pretzel ice cream pops this summer!
