Shamrock Snack Crisps from Hungry Happenings
I always keep frozen pie dough in my freezer in case we need a last minute dessert, but Beth has a great recipe to turn them into a fun St. Patrick's day snack. A Shamrock shaped snack crisp. These Italian flavored crisps would be great with a pasta dinner, say maybe creamy pesto in honor of St. Patrick's Day. Not really Irish, but green, so it counts!
