It is not secret that I love all things that resemble cupcake flags and cake bunting. These bendable cake flags work as both and are a great way to use up your stash of scrap fabric. Or you could go pick up some patriotic fabric and make some fun toppers for the 4th of July. You could probably even use this fun tutorial to make those inexpensive small flags wave in the wind.
