Petite Vanilla Bean Scones from Baking Bites

We love stopping at Starbucks for hot chocolate and treats when the weather is cold.  And when the weather is warm we stop in for an occasional vanilla bean Frappucino and treats.  And one of my favorite treats are the vanilla bean scones.  Now, thanks to Nicole, I can recreate the little bites of vanilla goodness in my own kitchen with this recipe inspired by the cute little treats in the Starbucks pastry window.
