Eggnog Frosted Nutmeg Sugar Cookies from Best Friends for Frosting
It is too soon for eggnog. It is too soon for eggnog. It is too soon for eggnog. I am just going to keep chanting this so I don't run out and try to find some eggnog at the store right now! We have a tradition in our family that eggnog is purchased the very first time it is seen in the grocery store, and that isn't until a couple weeks before Thanksgiving, but these eggnog frosted nutmeg sugar cookie from Best Friends for Frosting and the eggnog truffles I saw over on Blisstree are making it hard to be patient.
And we won't mention that I had to resist buying an eggnog milkshake the other day.

It is NOT too soon for egg nog. If I find some at the store tonight, I am totally going to buy it. I suggest you do the same. ;)
