Ruffled Flag Wreath from Busy Lizzy's
Curse my inability to sew a decent ruffle! This ruffled flag wreath from Busy Lizzy that I found over at C.R.A.F.T. is so cute. It is just as cute as this little 4th of July dress:
But you can't be too old for a cute wreath.

That is so creative and doesn't look too hard to make it. That ruffle dress is just too cute!
