Mexican Hot Chocolate Ice Cream from Little Wonders' Days
Why oh why have I never thought of this. Back when we were first married, my husbands friend introduced us to Mexican Hot Chocolate. It is SO good. A little hint of cinnamon in the chocolate.
Of course, who wants to think about hot chocolate when it is 100 degrees outside. Well Kelly from Little Wonders' Days shared an idea that she found over on Amanda's blog. They turned it into ice cream! I can just imagine how good it is.
You can get her recipe over at Amanda's Cookin'.
The only change I am going to make is to use this brand of Mexican Hot Chocolate, because it is our favorite.
If you don't have an ice cream maker or want something a little quicker, another fun way to enjoy hot chocolate in the summer is a hot chocolate float. Make your favorite hot chocolate and then serve it in a glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It is YUMMY!

Hot chocolate ice cream sounds so good. I'll have to take a look on how to make it. Dunkin Donuts makes a hot chocolate frozen drink now. Thanks for sharing.
