Fondant Graduations Caps from Glorious Treats
These cute mortar boards on the top of the cupcakes are made out of fondant and Glorious Treats has a tutorial on how to make them!

And if you love the idea of graduation cap cupcakes but don't want to use fondant, you can always make graduation caps from store bought candy.
