Ruffled Streamers from Cupcakes and Cutlery
These very beautiful ruffled streamers are made from super cheap plastic tablecloths. Like the kind that you get for a dollar. Sharon made them by cutting and stretching the plastic until it developed the lettuce leaf type edge.
And why stop at the streamers. She did it to the actual tablecloth too.
