When I first saw these cute pot of gold cupcakes from Confessions of a Cookbook Queen, I assumed that the pot of gold on the top was made of fondant or gum paste. Cute, but not yummy.
Boy was I wrong! They are cute AND yummy! Those pots are made from donut holes and mini M&Ms. You can check out how Kristan made them HERE.
