March 14 is Pi Day. I love that math geeks (and I mean that in a loving way because I would love to be one) have their own day. 3/14 or 3.14
Helping Little Hands made these cute mini muffin tin pies to in honor of Pi Day.
And even if you aren't planning to celebrate Pi Day, these cute little pies are worth checking out. They would be just as fun with a shamrock on top of them for St. Patrick's Day.
Put who doesn't want an excuse to eat pie?
I think we will have to have Chicken Pot Pi for dinner on Monday followed by some other type of Pi Pie for dessert.

I've been trying to plan my pi day celebration all week (my kids look forward to it all year). I love the mini-pi's. I will give them a try.
