The Cottage Nest
I have half bath on the brain lately. The sad little room under the stairs needs some serious help. We ignored it because we figured we would be out of here in June, but now that we are planning on staying another year it needs some TLC ASAP. At the moment I am in love with the whole cottage look, so here are some ideas that I love.
The vintage basket holding the spare rolls of toilet paper in the above image from The Cottage Nest is a much needed answer to a painful lack of storage problem. Our half bath is super tiny and has no room to add any storage. It is quite literally a closet under the stairs. This basket is a great way to hold the necessities in the bathroom and it can sit on the ground or even hang from a hook.

And the sink is an odd seashell-ish shape (yes, it is that bad) but I am still hoping I can hide the pedestal with a cute skirt like this one from Country Living:
