If there is one blogger that comes to mind when I think of headbands, it is Laurie from Tip Junkie.  I don't think I have ever seen her, in person or in a picture, without one.  And to live up to her famed headband status, she has amassed a collection of headband tutorials, 21 of them to be exact.
