Posts of Christmas Past - Christmas Breakfast

Do you have a traditional Christmas breakfast?  At my house it is eggs and fried potatoes, sausage, toast and orange juice.  After the presents have been opened, we head to the kitchen with my mom to start peeling potatoes.

At my in laws it is Welsh rarebit  with a slice of tomato and a slice of bacon on top.  Sausage and orange rolls too.

But for Christmas Eve I think I might try one of these recipes from posts of Christmas past:

Christmas Pancakes:

I love that idea for Santa pancakes. We're getting the family a new pancake griddle for Christmas (or old one died), so those would be perfect!

We have always done Mincemeat muffins with hot orange sauce and hot chocolate.
We will do it again this year.

Man, I am lazy when it comes to breakfast on Christmas morning. I don't like being in the kitchen while others are playing, so I buy the small packages of cereal and the kids have it for breakfast and lunch. We have a nice dinner that evening, but that allows me to enjoy the morning. For dinner on Christmas eve, we have waffles and sausage.
