So in three weeks we are having a party that involves a chili cook-off. The only problem is that I have never made chili!
What?
I know!
So I need you to give me your best chili recipe! If you have them typed up on your blog, you can leave a link in the comments for shoot me an email. If you want to add it to your blog in the next couple of days and do the same, that would be great. I will feature all of the recipes submitted in a post next week.
Thanks!

This is a favorite everytime. The flavor is wonderful and I agree with the last comment that white chili seems to go better with more folks.

I took this chicken chili to a friend once and it's still one of their family's favorite dishes. They even named it after me. Ha-ha!

Yummy, can't wait to see what every says! I came up with this chili last year- I used canned beans, but you can start with dry if you remember to start it in time ;) It only has a few ingredients, so it's super fast!

My secret trick is: add half a handful of dark chocolate chips or a spoonful of cocoa near the end of cooking - the chocolate adds a depth and melti-ness but without being too sweet.
Good luck! Blue Skies,
Charlotte xx
