Crafts by Amanda spray painted it orange and used vinyl for the face, then turn it on to a channel where you don't get any reception.
I think this would be fun to use as a porch light on Halloween!

I see old TVs at garage sales and thrift stores all of the time. And that is just what you need to make this:

I agree, it would make a great Halloween porch light!
It has been raining a lot here, so I haven't done any outside decorating yet, so I might just go for the TVs! ;D
