Balloon Pinata Tutorial

Remember this cute balloon pinata idea:

Each of those balloons is filled with 15 pieces of candy.  Something you can't accomplish by just trying to stuff candy into an uninflated balloon.  Inchmark Journal  promised they would show us how to do it and they kept their promise.  Yesterday they posted the tutorial on how they filled those balloons up with 15 pieces of candy each!  And it requires a self built contraption like this:
