And I finally found it again! It is Pop Bar and you can read about them HERE. But the next time I am in NY I will be stopping by for some handcrafted gelato on a stick:
And while we are on the subject of popsicles, check out these cute striped sticks from Kojo Designs:
Too bad they are spray painted so you can't use them in actual popsicles. I wonder if you could recreate the look with food coloring? But they would probably be really messy!
And if you want to have a popsicle bar of your own at a party, here are some ideas you could use:

I have seen that great Pop Bar pic on so many different blogs over the last month and it makes me feel happy each time I see it ;).
I really hope I get to see it in person!
I love them stuck in the watermelon!
You could probably recreate those sticks with food grade markers ;)
It is soooo hot here! 110 heat index.......I wish I had one right now! Chocolate would be great,
Peaceful wishes,
Melissa

They look de-lish. We love to visit NYC and will be back in September. I think the kiddos would love to stop here.
Thanks so much for sharing and thanks for stopping by my blog.
Oh I went to Pop Bar last month - so delish! A little pricey for a popsicle but a nice sweet treat.
