When we were little, my dad used to make us 'fancy' appetizers with pineapple + marchino cherries on a toothpick. At 7 or 8 years old, this is the height of sophistication.
I really think I need to make these for him.
My little nieces would just love these! Thanks for sharing.
And no......I can't tie a cherry stem into a knot in my mouth. :(

That is really cute. I think a Bing or Rainier cherry would replace a Maraschino in this house though.
