If you are looking for a reason to have a cookie party and you have someone graduating from anything, you should have a 'Smart Cookie' party ala Create My Event.
And if you don't have anyone that is graduating you can try to talk your sister-in-law to use the idea for your niece's birthday. It worked for me.
And even if you aren't into having a cookie party, the white lights under the white tablecloth is a fun idea to steal for some other party!

Sounds very fun, only I'd eat all the cookies and I think the cookies are the reason why I didn't lose weight this week.
Either that or it's from me starring at the bacon cups. YUM
