Earth Cupcakes

Stephanie Lynn from Under the Table and Dreaming came up with some fun treats for Earth Day:

The rounded half globe is pretty clever:

But I think these cupcakes are my favorite:

But I have to have frosting with my cupcakes.  But you can squeeze the frosting inside the cupcake and it will be just as tasty.  And if you fill them from the bottom you won't even see it.

Too bad red frosting doesn't taste very good.  It would be fun to fill them with Magma!

You can see her tutorial HERE.

Love the magma frosting idea! These could be great for a school project, too!

Thanks so much Lori - I greatly apprecite it! The stuffed icing idea is so clever!! All of these tasty treats were gone in a few hours so we didn't even have time to think of adding more sugar!

Thanks again! Stephanie Lynn
