Painted Shoes

Add this post to the the 'I guess everything really CAN be spray painted' category.  Chica and Joe took these shoes:

And spray painted them until they became these shoes:

I don't really have a need for green shoes anymore, but I hay have to try to do the reverse the next time Lou La and Toots want sparkly shoes and they only have a crazy color left.  I wonder if they can spray paint them back to cream?

Wow! Never would have thought to do that, but as you said, I guess anything can be spray painted!

My grandma perfected the art of spray painting shoes. She loved the color gold and of course gold shoes were hard to come by, so she made her own. Love the green sparkly color.

Those are cute, isn't spray paint amazing!! I found it to be quite successful on some shoes I spray-painted before Mod Podge and glittering them: http://adventuresindressmaking.blogspot.com/2010/01/diy-christian-louboutin-glitter-pumps.html

I remember may years ago spray painting a pair of black heels gold to go with a dress I had. They came out great and I had a ball at that Country Club party. Just noticed Amy's comment. Everything comes around again. LOL
